Alan Wieder is the principal broker of Catskills Home Services. He started selling real estate in NYC right out of college as the youngest agent at the prestigious Corcoran Group. After three years of selling and renting property throughout the city, he set his sights on new development marketing. Since then, he has worked with some of the biggest developers in NYC, selling and renting out hundreds of developments. He provides developers with a full suite of services starting before the initial acquisition until after the last unit is sold or rented.
