Al Berry is the Managing Partner of Craft Commercial Real Estate, a boutique DFW brokerage representing industrial and commercial tenants exclusively — never landlords. That tenant-only model means every recommendation Al makes is free of the conflicts that come with dual representation.
Al holds the CCIM designation and a Texas broker license, and brings a career built across the U.S. Navy, family office asset management, enterprise infrastructure sales (Anixter, WESCO), COO-level operations, and commercial real estate — including a principal role at TenantBase before founding Craft Commercial. That range gives him an operator's eye for site selection, lease economics, and deal execution that goes beyond a typical broker's toolkit.
