Mr. Donato joined Acorn Group, Inc. in 1993 and has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions. At Acorn, Al specializes in industrial leasing and sales; Investments and land sales. He has been involved in numerous land searches and retail work for micro-motels, restaurants and shopping centers.
Recent clients served by Mr. Donato include U. S. Post Office, Homeland Security, Repro Graphics, Liberty Behavioral, Oakleaf Properties, Ventnor Properties, and many others.
Mr. Donato attended Indiana University where he earned a B.A. degree in Economics. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. His civic activities have included the Indianapolis Firefighters Association, Indianapolis Jaycees, Indianapolis Police Athletic League, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and the Leukemia Society.
Mr. Donato has received two designations while working in the Commercial Real Estate arena: CPM (Certified Property Manager) from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
