As the founder and CEO of Aldi Group of companies, Alberto has been at the forefront of developing, acquiring, leasing, and managing commercial properties throughout Florida, USA, for over 25 years. Specializing in multi-tenant industrial spaces, self-storage, medical facilities, and professional offices, he has developed and acquired more than 10 million square feet of real estate projects.
He is passionate about creating value and opportunities for my clients, partners, and communities by delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative solutions. In addition to his work in real estate, he has a keen interest in sourcing rare collectible vehicles, including racing cars and super cars.
