Alec is Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management and is responsible for the sourcing and closing of new acquisitions and the implementation of business plans on existing assets. Alec has over 10 years of direct multifamily experience, most recently working for Ashcroft Capital, where he oversaw 8.500 apartment units. Prior to Ashcroft, he held acquisitions and asset management positions at Azure Partners, and Kushner Companies. Alec graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
