I am a value creating, dot connecting entrepreneurial leader in real estate and economic development specializing in transit-oriented development (TOD), public-private partnerships, and complex real estate transactions.
In my current role as Economic Development Division Manager for the City of SeaTac, I serve as a public-sector principal leading the strategy, structuring, and overseeing execution of over $750M in development projects. My work sits at the intersection of real estate economics, municipal policy, and private investment—bringing together developers, investors, property owners, transit agencies, and public stakeholders to move projects from concept to execution.
I have extensive experience advising on:
• Public-private partnership (P3) structuring and negotiations
• Joint development agreements and land disposition strategies
• Ground leases, asset monetization, and value capture
• Development feasibility and financial strategy
• Transit-oriented development implementation
• Investment attraction and strategic business development
I regularly present to, investment groups, executive leadership, elected officials, and governing boards, translating complex financial and development strategies into actionable decisions.
