Alex Bennett is the Executive Broker for Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners Central Arkansas Office. His primary focus is assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial retail properties and land intended for ground-up retail developments. Before joining Sage Partners, Bennett served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Anchor Realty Investments and David’s Burgers, where he led and managed all of the company’s restaurant and real estate development projects. He has extensive experience in various areas of complex commercial real estate transactions including site identification for retail developments, contract drafting and negotiations, financing solutions, and commercial leasing. Bennett holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2020), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law (2019).
