Bio
Alex Brackman is a Vice President of Asset Management. He is primarily responsible for commercial property operations of the MLG Capital portfolio and also oversees the operations of assets with some of our joint-venture partners.
Alex is focused on preserving investors’ wealth and maximizing profits through his role as Asset Manager. Alex enjoys the day-to-day grind executing business plans, solving problems, and building relationships along the way.
Prior to MLG Capital, he spent time in property management with Colliers International and Wangard Partners. Alex received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University and remains an active alumni.
Alex is a Member of the Certified Commercial Institute Member (CCIM) Institute. He is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and is an active member of The Institute of Real Estate Management.
