Alex Breitmayer, an Executive Vice President in JLL’s downtown Philadelphia office, is recognized as an expert in minimizing costs and optimizing efficiencies for tenants and landlords as well as providing exceptional returns for investors. Alex specializes in representing tenants both locally in Philadelphia and nationally in their overall real estate portfolio needs as well as landlords in the Philadelphia market.
Since joining JLL, Alex has completed over 1 million square feet of tenant representation transactions and has helped secure over 5.3 million square feet of landlord representation assignments. In his current role, Alex has facilitated the strategic placement and planning of Tenants in the Philadelphia CBD and surrounding suburbs through combining workplace strategy, site selection, occupancy planning, budgeting, quantitative & qualitative analysis and flexibility analysis to achieve his client’s goals.
