A Principal of the Cresa Dallas-Fort Worth office, Alex Coe specializes exclusively in occupier representation, which requires a strong skill set in strategic lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and mitigation of expansion and relocation costs on behalf of his corporate clients worldwide. Alex assists clients through every step of a transaction to include a new location lease, a lease renewal, a sublease of existing space, a purchase of an existing building or land site, and the disposition of a building. Alex’s job is to better understand a client’s goals and real estate needs as it relates to location, operations, demographics, revenue, logistics, overall costs, and more.
Prior to Cresa, Alex played eight seasons as a PGA Tour Golfer. He has golfed on five continents while on the PGA Tour Canada, PGA Latin American and Nationwide Tour (Now Korn Ferry Tour). Alex was also a Low Amateur in 2006 U.S. Open and two-time All-American at Pepperdine University where he received a business degree.
