Alexander T. D’Amario is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory and Transactions Services Group in New York, NY. Since joining the firm in 2017, Alex has been involved in more than 2.5 million square feet of transactions. In addition to advising prestigious corporate occupiers such as Windrose Health Investors, Citigroup, and Dun & Bradstreet, Alex also represents some of the city’s most highly respected landlords.
Most notably, Alex works on behalf of SL Green Realty Corp. in the marketing and leasing of Grand Central’s newest office development – One Vanderbilt Avenue. Other significant assignments include representing Brookfield Properties, Columbia Properties, Extell Development, Oxford Properties, Rockpoint Group, and JEMB Realty. In 2022, Alex was one of fifteen leasing professionals in New York to receive the CoStar Power Broker Award. In 2021, Alex was a recipient of Commercial Observer's 30 Under 30 Award for top leasing and sales professionals. In 2020, Alex was one of three CBRE employee’s nationally to be awarded CBRE’s Rising Star Award.
