Alex?Galuz is the President and CEO of Crescent Realty in Woodland Hills, a firm he founded in 2005 after serving as Vice President at Horizon Realty. A seasoned real estate professional, he brings over 30 years of combined experience in luxury residential, commercial, and multi-family investments. As a top-producing agent, Alex has guided transactions ranging from high-end homes to income-producing properties and land development projects throughout Los Angeles County. In 2020, he expanded his reach by merging Crescent Realty with Keller Williams, where he serves as President of the Galuz Group in Calabasas. Together with his wife, Yana, Alex specializes in representing investors, developers, entertainers, and athletes, applying their shared market expertise and design sensibility to create a high-touch, client-centric experience.
