Bio
Alex began his commercial real estate career in 1999 as a leasing agent for a grocery-anchored development company. He then spent 12 years as Vice President of Development for Lincoln Harris, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing development projects within North Carolina and South Carolina. Following his tenure at Lincoln Harris, Alex was a partner at Tribek Properties for four years before co-founding Stanchion with Greg Blinn and John Boyle in 2017. Throughout his extensive career in commercial real estate, Alex has been responsible for all aspects of the development process including site selection, entitlements, contractual/venture structuring, leasing, civil/architectural design oversight, financial underwriting, capitalization and project implementation.
Alex received his BA from Hampden Sydney College. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children.
