I am the broker owner of a company that has been serving the needs of Vero Beach and Indian River County, Florida since 1949. We have about 65 sales associates doing commercial and residential sales. License Number:broker Work Experience:I have been a Florida realestate licensee since 1981 and hold numerous residential designations however, I do not hold the prestigious CCIM. The types, style and size of our commercial properties are not necessarily sophisticated enough to require a CCIM. I have sold 30,000 SF Office Buildings, large land tracts, citrus groves, apartment buildings and retail outparcels.
