Through 30+ years of commercial real estate experience, Alex has developed invaluable relationships with some of Canada’s brightest, most creative and sophisticated tenants, landlords, and subject matter experts. As such, when required, Alex enlists the assistance of “best in class” experts through his “sphere of influence”.
Alex’s executive-level experience has helped him develop systems and processes to identify clients’ needs, develop sound options well ahead of deadline dates, prioritize tasks in order to mitigate imminent risk and then execute on a well-thought-out plan.
Prior to joining Lennard, Alex was with Cushman & Wakefield, as Managing Director, overseeing RBC’s transaction team where he “exceeded expectations” in every year of the mandate. Before Cushman, Alex held various positions of increased responsibility in corporate commercial real estate as well as an associate broker. To date, he has concluded hundreds of successful lease and sales assignments.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree from York University in Psychology, has completed various accounting and business courses at Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as completing all courses for his CCIM designation and real estate brokerage license. Alex is a past director member on Toronto Real Estate Board’s Commercial Committee, a past Big Brother of K-W as well as a donator of hundreds of hours to many non-profit community initiatives.
