Bio
Alex joined KBC to help lead industrial site selection efforts on behalf of institutional, regional and local clients across Texas.
Throughout his career, Alex has completed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of land transactions accounting for over 15 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit industrial developments. He has consistently been recognized as a DCEO Power Broker, and was recognized as a Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award recipient in 2023. Alex also received his SIOR designation in 2022.
Prior to joining KBC, Alex most recently co-led the Texas land brokerage platform for Foundry Commercial. He began his commercial real estate career at Biel Partners in Dallas, and after becoming a partner at the firm, opened the company’s Midland, Texas—also known as the Tall City—office.
Alex is the very proud father of two children, and a husband to his wonderful wife. He is an avid outdoorsman and known to make cold calls in the dove fields or duck blind. He especially enjoys spending time with his family and friends at Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay, TX.
