Alex brings more than 13-years of commercial real estate experience in leasing and investment sales across South Carolina and Georgia. Throughout his career, he has completed industrial, retail, office, and land transactions, representing both landlords and tenants across a wide range of assignments.
His experience includes representing major corporate users and their affiliates including Boeing, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Volvo, and their related entities. Alex has advised institutional and private investment groups on acquisitions and redevelopment opportunities, including work with AJ Capital Partners on historic property acquisitions in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, as well as redevelopment projects in Ridgeville, South Carolina, including Refuel and the Old Sawmill Golf Club.
Currently, Alex serves as Regional Leasing Manager for Adams Property Group, where he oversees leasing strategy and execution for the firm's owned portfolio as well as select third-party assets throughout the region.
