Bio
Alex is a Senior Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL in 2023 and has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory throughout Colorado and the western United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has completed transactions totaling in excess of $7 billion and more than 30,000 units.
Prior to joining JLL, Alex was a Vice President at Northmarq and led their Colorado Middle-Market Multifamily Investment Sales Platform. Before that, he was an integral member of CBRE’s Institutional Multifamily Capital Markets team. Alex earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
