Alex Rabin is Principal, Co-Founder and Head of Investments and Acquisitions at Peak. As a VP for 7 years at RWN he sourced and underwrote all acquisition prospects and assisted with all firm transactions. Alex also oversaw asset management across portions of the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining RWN, Alex was a Senior Analyst at TIAA-CREF, where he supported the firm’s asset management and acquisitions activities from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, he worked in acquisitions for Stellar Management. He received an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a BA from the University of Michigan. Alex lives in New York City.
