Bio
Alex Sampson serves as a First Vice President with the Central Texas Multifamily Team in the San Antonio office of CBRE. He oversees operations and provides comprehensive multifamily investment transaction services to clients in Central Texas., with his partners Charles Cirar and Colin Cannata.
Before joining CBRE, Alex served as the Vice President of Acquisitions for 29th Street Capital in San Antonio. Prior to this role, he also held positions at Embrey Partners, Pinnacle, Alliance Residential Company, Berkadia and Colliers International. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, which began in 2010, Alex has been part of the acquisition and disposition of thousands of apartment units with a total value approaching $1.2 billion. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska.
