Commercial Asset Group is pleased to have Alex Shabani, a Senior Managing Director on board since 2016. He comes to CAG with a diverse skill set that includes mortgage brokerage, financial advising, retail leasing and investment sales. These skills allow his to guide and facilitate any type of real estate transaction. His specialty at CAG is the leasing and sales of retail and office property throughout Southern California.
Before joining CAG, Alex was a top producing agent at Centers Business Management, where he completed over 500 lease transactions for a variety of retail shopping center tenants: from “mom and pop” to national brands and well-regarded medical and banking companies. Some of his notable clients include: Kaiser Permanente, Wells Fargo, Western Dental, and Davita, among many others. While at CBM, CoStar named Alex a Top 20 Leasing Agent in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.
Prior to his time at CBM, Alex was a sales agent with RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate.
