Alex joined Bailard in 2016 as a real estate associate to support the real estate team’s asset management and acquisitions duties. Prior to Bailard, he worked at Eastdil Secured in San Francisco on the Debt Capital Markets team where he assisted in sourcing and structuring commercial mortgage financings for all asset types nationally. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Alex served as a Portfolio Analyst for SunTrust Institutional Investment Solutions. He received an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Alex enjoys hiking, snowboarding, golfing and Atlantic Coast Conference sports.
