Alex is MRICS qualified and started his career in the hotels sector in 2000 with FPD Savills and then spent 15 years at KF, 10 years as a Partner and head of team, he restarted as a Director at Savills in 2018. Alex has an international client base and has advised on numerous hotel investments, focused on the London area and the South East.
His role is based from the central London head office and works with an established team, advising clients on a variety of hotel based transactions, both acquiring and disposing of trading hotel assets, serviced apartments, investments and providing consultancy advice on C1 hotel developments, land and mixed use schemes.
