Alex serves on the Steve Liu Team with NAI Capital, actively engaged in Investor and Owner User services. Alex and his team work diligently to fully lease & stabilize their clients’ portfolios or navigate IRC 1031 Exchange sales. They combine marketing, analytics, and consistent hard work for the 1,000,000+ square feet of property actively represented across Southern California.
Alex was born and raised in Orange County. Prior to being recruited by NAI, he was a Draftsman at an engineering firm in design build. Notable projects completed include UCI and Providence Health centers, 3PL fulfillment centers, and the best restaurants in Orange County. He is grateful to help the same clients, now on the brokerage side.
