Alex Wilshaw is an accomplished real estate professional and Chartered Surveyor with broad, multi-disciplinary experience spanning property management, agency, investment and professional services. He began his career at Aston Rose, where early exposure to varied commercial property functions enabled him to build a strong technical foundation and extensive industry network. He later joined Tilstone Partners, the investment adviser to Warehouse REIT, progressing from Asset Manager to Associate Director over a five-year period. In this role, he was responsible for driving value across a UK-focused industrial and logistics portfolio valued at over £1 billion, leading on strategic asset initiatives and contributing to several high-profile multi-let and portfolio transactions.
With time spent living in Oxford and London and close proximity to Cambridge, Alex is well positioned to apply his investment and asset management expertise across the Golden Triangle’s dynamic life sciences real estate market. His regional insight strengthens his ability to identify emerging opportunities and support growth within innovation-led locations.
Alex holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, along with postgraduate diplomas in education and surveying. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, he is an active member of leading industry organisations, including the Investment Property Forum, the UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
