Bio
Alex Doolin is an Associate, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Alex joined the NNN Pro Group in 2019 and previously worked on the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, asset disposition/acquisition programs for various operators, REITs, and high-net-worth individuals. Alex has since transitioned towards maintaining acquisition and disposition pipelines for high-net-worth landlords and tailoring their real estate portfolios according to their 1031 exchange and net lease criteria.
Since joining the NNN Pro Group, Alex has managed upwards of 75 transactions totaling $250 million in transactional volume. Of various notable projects, Alex assisted a publicly traded REIT with a multi-year disposition program that consisted of over 30 properties and nearly $150 million in market value. Most notably, Alex facilitated a complex 1031 exchange in which he repositioned $45 million in capital from an industrial complex into various net lease product types.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Alex studied at Union College where he graduated cum laude and earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science. He played slot receiver on the football team for four years and the four years before that in high school. Alex lives in New York, New York.
