Alexander (Alex) W. Fraga is the Vice-President and a principal of the FIRC Group, a commercial real estate firm founded by his father, Tony Fraga in 1979. Alex has been with FIRC for over 20 years and became his father partner and a principal in 2002.
At the FIRC Group he has been involved with over 25 developments/redevelopments consisting of multifamily, retail, office and Hospitality. These developments have a collective value of over $250 million dollars.
Alex has a keen expertise in management, development, redevelopment, construction, acquisitions, leasing and sales; those experiences have given him direct contact with an unlimited number of financial institutions and access to countless capital both private and public.
In addition to the above, he manages his company’s portfolio of properties along with his team, in South Florida and West North Carolinas.
