Alexander Gordon is a commercial real estate executive serving as Vice President at CTO Realty Growth (NYSE: CTO) and Vice President at Alpine Income Property Trust (NYSE: PINE), where he provides portfolio strategy support, investment activity, and asset management across both publicly traded REIT platforms. He previously served as Director for both organizations from 2021 to 2024, contributing to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing initiatives, and long-term value creation.
Before entering the public REIT space, Alexander spent nearly seven years in Brokerage Services – Retail Properties at CBRE, where he specialized in landlord and tenant representation, market strategy, and retail investment activity throughout the Orlando region.
