Professional Experience
Alexander E. Hill started at Winick Realty Group LLC in 2008. Born and raised in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, Mr. Hill has always had a strong connection to New York City and its five boroughs. Before coming to Winick, Mr. Hill worked in the marketing division for Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. This was before he decided that retail leasing was his chosen path.
Having worked as a listings manager, Mr. Hill has an extensive knowledge of the retail market that sets him apart from other brokers in New York City. Before diving into brokerage, he managed a database of over 8,000 listings in the New York metro area and assisted senior brokers on a daily basis. Focusing mainly on tenant representation, Mr. Hill represents local retailers seeking space in Manhattan and the outer boroughs. He now works with landlords such as the Related Companies and specializes in the Upper East and Upper West Sides of Manhattan. His outgoing personality, bold networking skills, and commitment to his clients all make him an asset to the retail leasing industry.
Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Spanish from Vanderbilt University. You will find that Alex Hill is always working hard both in and out of the office. He is an avid triathlete and competes in marathons each year.
