Alex works closely with John Kovaleski and David Buchholz to support and expand the team’s diverse client-services platform, which includes corporate tenant representation, project leasing, and site acquisition and dispositions services throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and the Western United States. On a day-to-day basis, Alex strives to consistently exceed clients’ expectations through unmatched initiative, meaningful communication rooted in deep market knowledge, and careful follow-through in all aspects of the business. Like John and David, Alex places clients’ goals and best interests first.
Prior to starting his brokerage career, Alex spent twelve years in marketing and business development across multiple business sectors.
Alex graduated from Santa Clara University, and his wife and his family currently live in Oakland. In his spare time, he really enjoys tennis, basketball, and snowboarding.
