Alex Lewis is Executive Vice President, General Counsel for KHP Capital Partners and the KHP Funds. She provides comprehensive legal support to each fund and oversees KHP’s legal, regulatory, risk management and compliance matters, including managing the legal execution of acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, management contracts and general asset management.
Prior to joining KHP in 2025, Alex was a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP and a member of its Real Estate Industry Group. During her time at Goodwin, Alex represented clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including complex joint ventures, senior, construction and mezzanine financings, and acquisitions and dispositions.
Alex holds a B.A. from McGill University in English and Political Science and J.D. from Columbia University.
