Alex Mulvihill brings more than a decade of experience to her role as Director of Investments at Urban Renaissance Group (URG) and is based in Denver, Colorado. At URG, Alex is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions of new properties in URG’s target markets. In addition, Alex manages investment activities for URG’s Denver Portfolio.
Prior to joining URG in 2024, Alex was an investment sales broker at CBRE for 8 years. During her time at CBRE she was involved in over $11 billion in transaction volume in Colorado. Prior to CBRE, Alex was a commercial real estate appraiser for Cushman and Wakefield.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver with a minor in Real Estate and Construction Management. Alex is active in ULI Colorado and CREW Denver. She is a previous board member of CREW and winner of the 2021 Rising Leader Award.
