Alexandra is a driven professional with an extensive background in banking, finance, investment, and with passion for Real estate. Having spent more than 20 years navigating the complexities of financial markets and advising clients on strategic investment decisions, she brings a unique skill set to the world of Real estate.
As a Portfolio Manager at Pacific National Bank (PNB) in Miami, Alexandra managed an investment portfolio of $260 million, specializing in structured securities. Her ability extends beyond portfolio management to comprehensive financial analysis. Prior to working at PNB, she worked seven years as a senior Financial Analyst at CERA, an IHS affiliate, in Cambridge, MA. She managed a $60 million annual operation budget and monthly forecast and contributed to the company's success by completing financial profitability reports for senior management and product heads. Prior to CERA she worked as a Relationship Manager in the Export Sector at Banco del Pacifico in Ecuador, where she managed a $100 million export-loan portfolio interacting with the firm’s most important export customers with primary decision-making capacity for reviewing all client credit proposals, loan underwriting and portfolio monitoring.
Alexandra holds a Graduate Certificate of Special Studies (CSS) with a concentration in Administration and Management from Harvard University in Boston, MA. Additionally, she earned a Master of Science in Economics from Universidad Católica in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Further, committed to continuous learning, she completed Series 7 classes and two Certified Financial Planner (CFP) courses. With a Real Estate License in Florida and FIBA-Broker/Dealer AML Certification, Alexandra is well-equipped for success in the Real estate industry.
