With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Alexandre brings a strategic vision and in-depth market knowledge as Senior Director of Real Estate Investments to Desjardins Global Asset Management. Alex was previously at Colliers Capital Markets Canada. He has worked in all Canadian markets as well as in New York for public companies, REITs, pension funds, life insurance companies, and private owners. Alex has worked for several top-tier commercial real estate companies and has been involved in some of Canada’s most high-profile transactions, including a mandate with the Standard Life Canada (Manulife) head office development in Montreal and multiple joint venture partnerships between pension funds and private developers for development projects in multiple asset classes including office, industrial, data centres, residential and retail.
