Alexis Martinez is the Managing Partner at Woodbine Commercial. Woodbine Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, TX that represents companies on both national and international scope. Alexis is a 15+ year industry veteran and has been involved in notable transactions of behalf of clients around the globe. Some of the Alexis’s notable clients have included The Associated Press, Evergreen Shipping, National Bank Holdings Corporation and Related Companies. Alexis has represented clients on over 6,000,000 SF in wide arrays of commercial space from development to purchasing to leasing.
Prior to forming Woodbine Commercial, Alexis was a founding partner at Rubicon Representation in June of 2012 helping to lead the firm to becoming top 5 in North Texas in transaction volume. In addition, Alexis worked at Stream Realty Partners in 2010 where he was a top producer on Stream’s tenant representation team. Alexis began his career with Pillar Commercial. At Pillar Commercial Alexis oversaw the leasing of office, industrial and retail projects on behalf of Pillar’s clients (landlords). This enabled Alexis to have an insight on how landlords underwrite and lease their properties with their tenant base. Alexis's diverse real estate background has been a great advantage to his clients.
