Following a successful professional football career with Chelsea FC and Brighton & Hove Albion, Alexis worked briefly at niche agency Ereira Mendoza before joining leading niche investment agency Franc Warwick in 2007. Alexis started Springer Nicolas with Ryan in October 2012.
