Bio
Alexx is an Associate at JLL where she specializes in industrial real estate. She invests much of her energy in understanding her clients’ operations to better
serve and meet requirements. Alexx excels at maximizing value for her clients while developing lasting relationships. She is adamant about keeping her
clients’ best interest when negotiating. Her responsibilities include market research and analysis, understanding current market trends, and advising during
every step of the transaction.
Alexx finds joy out of working alongside the logistics industry. She is fascinated by the complexity of the supply chain and constantly thinks about how products are
created – from conception, to materials, to manufacturing, to market delivery. Alexx regularly listens to supply chain podcasts and loves having conversations with
anyone about the state of the market.
Outside of work, Alexx loves playing a variety of sports including volleyball, golf, running, and tennis. She lives an active lifestyle, travels often, and enjoys
spreading the Good News with her friends and colleagues.

Alexx earned a bachelor’s degree in public health with a Certificate in Real Estate at The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently an Emerging Leader in the University of Texas
Real Estate Council.
