Born and raised in Rhode Island, Alicia Parente brings a powerful mix of East Coast work ethic and West Coast innovation to every real estate transaction. Alicia launched her career in New York City after earning a degree in Merchandising and Business from the University of Rhode Island. She quickly made a name for herself in Manhattan’s fast-paced commercial real estate scene, specializing in strategic office leasing and complex negotiations at Savitt Partners. Her achievements earned her a spot on The Commercial Observer’s prestigious “30 Under 30” list in 2019.
In 2020, Alicia transitioned into residential real estate, relocating to Los Angeles to join Compass and the nationally ranked Stephanie Younger Group. There, she helped lead client experience strategy while representing buyers and sellers across some of the city's most competitive neighborhoods. Her ability to anticipate needs, negotiate with precision, and deliver elevated service quickly earned her the trust of both clients and colleagues.
