Alicia Simonds joined Lincoln Property Company in 2017. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Alicia oversees all marketing communications for LPC Boston.
Alicia is responsible for brand strategy, internal communication programs, public relations campaigns, and provides creative direction for client presentations and property marketing. She also works closely with the executive management team on business development including proposal writing, presentation strategy, and design. For active development projects, Alicia manages collateral development, public relations, social media, as well as digital and interactive campaigns.
A magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Marketing, Alicia has over 13 years of experience in real estate marketing and is an active member of CREW Boston. Prior to joining LPC, Alicia was Marketing Director at Boston Realty Advisors and Director of Marketing & Advertising at Citi Habitats in NYC.
