Before his current role, during a long and successful career working in real estate title insurance, Alain developed expertise in managing the technicalities of real estate transactions about financing and its legal framework. He has experience overseeing closings for residential purchases and sales, in addition, to reverse mortgage loans and construction; preparing legal closing documents; balancing escrows; satisfying lender requirements; and resolving any post-closing issues. Alain received an MBA in Finance and Investment at Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business, with a second concentration in Real Estate Law and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys exploring neighborhoods around the city and is always up for trying out a new French restaurant or attending concerts at the New York Philharmonic. He is also an avid sports fan, whether football, hockey, baseball, tennis, or soccer.
