Bio
Alisan Rutland, Managing Director, works within the investment sales team out of Walker & Dunlop’s Dallas office. In this role, she is responsible for leading the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales, with a focus on Texas and the southern United States.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Rutland served as Vice President with JLL’s Capital Markets team for investment sales where she was responsible for multifamily marketing and sales.
She is an alumnus of The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) Associate Leadership Council class of 2015 and is currently an active member of TREC’s Young Guns, the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Emerging Leaders, and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) network.
