Alison Coffey joined Blue Trail Realty with 19 years of real estate experience across many industry verticals including investing, asset management, leasing, marketing, co-working and business development. She has held previous positions working for New York City’s largest and premier REITs SL Green and Vornado. She has also worked at Newmark Knight Frank in an agency role overseeing the re-positioning and leasing for One Grand Central Place for Empire State Realty Trust. Most recently, she worked as a global portfolio manager at WeWork, where she helped develop their strategic real estate partnerships with key global landlords. She began her career in 2003 as a media buyer at Grey Advertising, managing the account of one of their largest clients, GlaxoSmithKline. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. She is involved in fundraising for Northwell Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Fountain House, St. Jude’s and Best Buddies. She is a current member of the National Board of Realtors, CREW, former member of REBNY and has served as a board member for YMWREA. Her interests include yoga, tennis, real estate investment, development and design.
