Allan S. Holbrook serves as Director of Investments with Marcus & Millichap in Jacksonville, Florida, where he focuses on Multifamily, Senior Housing and Special Assets Services across Northeast Florida. He has more than 30 years experience providing financial institutions, national and regional real estate developers, private investors, and governmental agencies including the RTC, the FDIC, and the US Bankruptcy Courts with an array of real estate brokerage, real estate workout, and auction services.

He participated in liquidating the RTC auction assets with Sheldon Good and Company. He has conducted real estate workouts for Housing Capital, Heller Financial, and Arlen Realty and Development.
He holds an MBA from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He has received the Accredited Auction - Real Estate (AARE) designation from CAA.
