My personal sideline has been developing 34 real estate projects for my own (and partners’) accounts, such as a ground lease, commercial buildings, residential subdivisions, speculative houses, post offices, a branch bank, renovated old houses, purchased a farm and subdivided it, 2 row houses in Albany, renovated an abandoned automobile shop into several leased commercial tenants, purchased vacant land, created 3 office-workshop-garages for SKS. Sold them and now own 3 income producing properties with partners and 2 leased buildings with my wife.
