Allie is an experienced industrial real estate professional specializing in agency leasing across Central Pennsylvania. With over a decade of expertise, Allie has facilitated successful outcomes for developers, investors, and occupiers to meet their real estate objectives. Allie has worked on behalf of Prologis, Link Logistics, Cabot Properties, Dermody, First Industrial, High Street Logistics Properties, KKR/AIP, Lightstone Group, STAG Industrial, Kinsley Properties, Core5, and Hillwood throughout her career.
Prior to joining Colliers, Allie spent 9 years on Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team serving the Pennsylvania Corridor. Allie's career also included roles at leading national brokerage firms such as NAI and Lee & Associates.
