Ms. Flashman is currently a member of the retail team at Lee & Associates-LA North/ Ventura, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company. Since joining Lee & Associates in 2007, she has worked closely with Christine Deschaine and Ken Shishido, Principals of the company, as well as other members of the Lee retail team. She focuses on Landlord representation of new and existing anchored shopping center properties and identifying national and regional tenants for these projects.
At present, Ms. Flashman represents both retail and mixed-use projects, including The Burbank Collection, a 200,000 square foot mixed-use project with 100 luxury condos and 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail located in Downtown Burbank, California. Her areas of concentration include the San Fernando Valley, West Los Angeles, and Marina Del Rey, among other locales, and bringing the best possible tenant mix to her projects.
