Allon Shapiro, together with Aaron Ulinder, started the Lennard office in Vancouver in 2025 after having worked at a multi-national commercial real estate firm for over 32 years. He is a Partner and the Managing Broker for Lennard Commercial Realty and specializes in the sale of investment properties and development sites in the Metro Vancouver area.
Mr. Shapiro is well regarded within the commercial real estate industry having sold over $1.5 Billion worth of real estate. He has an intricate understanding of the Metro Vancouver investment market and has forged strong and personal relationships with the key decision makers of large private investment and development companies as well as asset managers, and pension funds.
