Alondra Salazar is a Southern California native and commercial real estate broker at DAUM’s Downtown Los Angeles office, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties across Greater Los Angeles. She works in partnership with her father, forming a dedicated family team that prioritizes trust, transparency, and long-term client relationships. Alondra is relationship-driven and brings a hands-on, strategic approach to every assignment.
Her recent work includes leasing 14,000 square feet to national tenant Parts Authority and completing multiple industrial and land sales across the region. Notable transactions include a $6 million industrial warehouse sale in Pomona, a $4.5 million industrial sale in Bell Gardens, a $4 million industrial sale in Azusa, and two $2 million land sales in Bell Gardens and Montebello.
She earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Technical/Professional Writing from San Francisco State University and began her career in interior design—experience that sharpens her eye for space functionality and redevelopment potential. Alondra is also a graduate of the AIRCRE Next program, designed for rising brokers in the Southern California market. A former collegiate athlete and Moot Court competitor, she brings discipline, critical thinking, and strong communication skills to every transaction.
