Alvin is responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities for Worldco. Alvin also assists with the management of Worldco's current portfolio. Prior to joining Worldco, Alvin was a Vice President at PKF Consulting, a real estate and financial advisory firm that focused on the hospitality industry. Alvin has experience with various asset classes including residential, office, retail, and hotel. Alvin holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley
