Alyce has been with our firm since 2004. In 2010 Alyce was named our Chief Financial Officer and from 2014 to 2024 also served as the President of Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
During her thirty plus years in the commercial real estate industry, she has held executive positions with some of the country's other leading commercial real estate firms, Grubb & Ellis and CB Richard Ellis.
Under her leadership, the firm has continued to represent the US Department of Veterans Affairs nationally and the General Services Administration in 18 Western States, as well as a select array of local government and corporate entities in California.
During her tenure, Alyce has been part of the strategic planning team shaping Carpenter/Robbins’ unique approach for centralized service delivery.
